Life and Times of Jesus Vol1

Historical conditions of Israel  by
Alfred Edersheim

A glimpse of the most important part of history – Life and Times of Jesus Vol1 by Alfred Edersheim aims to bring Jesus’ teachings and deeds to life for modern audiences. Jesus was a divisive figure in his day and people were either for or against him. Even today, there are people who are familiar with Jesus who are still not living in faith. There are several reasons for this, but one of them is that we have forgotten the history of how Jesus came to be a part of it. This book is quite challenging to read but is indeed a treasure trove of knowledge on the background of the New Testament. It is one of the most essential references to the life of Christ ever written. The streets, the marketplaces, the battles, the people, and the sites of Jesus’ earthly ministry are all vividly represented in this book.
